Research Survey, May 2004

About this survey:
We are doing research for an upcoming writing project. As part of the information collection process, we’re asking a number of women if they would be willing to share their thoughts and experiences with us on a topic that is very rarely discussed.

What are we researching?
Women’s experiences in which men inappropriately exposed themselves—i.e. flashing—specifically, instances in which a man previously unknown to them exposed his genitals in their presence, exclusive of those incidents followed by an act involving sexual contact.

What can you do to help?
If you are willing to help with this important project, please answer the following questions and send your responses back to us at:
research@monsterdance.com.
Let us assure you – your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. No names or other unique identifying characteristics will be shared.

We ask that you to keep your responses as factual and accurate as possible. You may, of course, skip any questions that do not apply to your encounter, but please try to be complete and thorough in your responses. More detail is better; we want you to tell us the story of your experience. Want to ask more questions before you answer ours? Feel free to email us at research@monsterdance.com.

We would like to receive all responses by the end of June, 2004.

Thank you in advance for your input!
